New kitchen doors made of moisture-resistant MDF, by Corné

I have fitted our existing kitchen with new kitchen cabinets and a new countertop. The equipment has also been largely replaced and we have added a piece of worktop.

Work description: how did you realize your project

First I measured all the kitchen doors exactly and had these sizes cut by TOSIZE.ie in waterproof MDF.

When the MDF panels were available, I milled edges in them. I also measured the exact placement of the hinges and drilled them in with a template before painting. Subsequently, all sawn and milled edges were treated with MDF sealer.

Then painted with MDF primer and finally lacquered several times with very impact and scratch-resistant lacquer. Finally, I drilled the holes for the handles and transferred the hinges and then it was a matter of placing them.

I then replaced the top with the sink and hob and the walls were plastered. I finished it with removable paint.

Final size: What are the outside dimensions?

About 3.5 by 2.5 meters.
