A 'new' composite bookcase: custom 'stripped' cabinets from the well-known Swedish company, filled with custom sawn parts from TOSIZE.ie. That are image-defining (in the eye and literally stand out).

Work description: how did you realize your project

The existing white bookcases have been stripped of shelves and raised edges. The custom-sawn plywood parts from TOSIZE.ie are glued into open cubes that are placed in the cabinets / open 'frameworks' are placed. Due to the precise dimensions and design, no (additional) sawing or screwing work was required.

The composition was deliberately kept playful, but the cabinet has become one whole. And the cupboards are certainly boring anymore. The new deeper parts offer space not only for books, but also for games, binders and so on.

Low part: approx. 200.0 cm (w) * 85.0 cm
High part: approx. 260.0 cm (w) * 180.0 cm
